Guest access Located on the 13th floor, the whole apartment is yours to enjoy. Access to the residential communal spaces on the 8th floor is permitted where you can find a well-equipped gym, an entertainment room and an outdoor BBQ area adjoining the pool. Please be aware that this apartment building is a mixed residential/student/short stay accommodation complex. Other things to note Strictly no parties. No smoking permitted (AUD$300 Fine Plus additional cleaning fees apply if any evidence of smoking). No extra visitors allowed. All bookings require full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no extra extensive cleaning is needed. There is a small amount of complimentary instant coffee, teabags and sugar.
