Our cozy farm cabin is tucked away in a secluded area of our 50 acre horse farm, surrounded by nature; and well supplied with all the essentials for a comfortable stay for a night or a week! Hiking trails directly accessible from the cabin. Enjoy beautiful woods, creeks and a picnic area; pet the horses and miniature spotted donkeys; or just relax by the fireplace, or bonfire with your favorite beverage. Finish your day with a deep sleep on super comfy premium bedding and linens. The space This is a very private, secluded, comfortable 1 bedroom cabin, with a super comfy queen size bed in the bedroom, and comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room that folds out into a double bed. It is designed for a MAXIMUM OF 4 to enjoy a peaceful, quiet get-away. This property is NOT designed as a gathering place for birthday parties or other celebrations. A short visit with a couple of friends for an hour is fine.(It has a very small septic, and more than 4 people for an extended time could cause problems.) Guest access Guests will have access to a private (unfenced) large yard with a bonfire pit and a separate building with a game room and laundry room right out your back door; as well as 30 acres of hiking trails, meandering through beautiful woods, wildlife meadows, creeks, and a picnic area. Other things to note FREE WIFI: Free fiber optic with internet speed of 250 meg upload and 250 meg download for your digital needs. COMPLIMENTARY BARN VISIT WITH HORSES & MINI DONKEYS: If you want to come up to the main farm for a complimentary visit with our Rocky Mountain Horses and Spotted Miniature Donkeys, you must schedule an appointment ahead of time. Please just ask! PETS & PET FEE: Dogs are welcome but due to the extra cleaning required there is a $25 PER DOG, PER VISIT PET FEE. Any extra fee for more than one dog will be invoiced separately since Airbnb is only set up for a one time fee for one dog. Dogs are strictly prohibited from getting on the bed! There are dog blankets provided so they can sit on the couch with you.... please use them! PLEASE, CLAIM YOUR DOG(S) AT TIME OF BOOKING, because we WILL find out and you WILL BE CHARGED. Besides that, it will avoid any embarrassment for you once you are here.
