Our freshly renovated and redecorated luxury end terrace cottage is walking distance to the delightful village of Gortin, County Tyrone - located on the foothills of the Sperrin mountains offering spectacular views and mountain trails. It is 3 miles from Gortin Forest Park. 1 hour from Donegal Beaches, 1-hour 20mins from all Belfast Airports & 2-hour 20mins to Dublin Airport. Even closer to home are the surrounding towns of Omagh and Strabane. The space Features of the cottage -Shaker style fitted kitchen with dining area including island & coffee station. -Sitting room with wood burner, smart tv (including NetFlix) and bluetooth soundbar. -Two bedrooms with double beds. -Sofa bed comfortably sleeps 2 persons. -Large walk-in shower room. -Private cottage terrace. -Nesting heating system. -Strong Wi-Fi connection suitable for remote working. -A variety of useful kitchen utensils. -The kitchen is also equipped with a Nespresso machine & milk frother, kettle, induction hob, oven & extractor fan. -Teas, coffee capsules, sugar. -White cotton towels & hand towels (additional towels can be requested) -Logs provided for wood burner. Guest access Parking Space outside the cottage is shared with neighbors. Parking available anywhere close to the property. Other things to note There are 2 local convenience stores in the village which stay open weekly from 7:00 -23:00. The coffee shop in the village opens at 10:00am at the weekend and 11am Wednesday-Friday during the winter months. It might be useful to bring walking/hiking boots if you would like to explore the surrounding mountains and walking trails.
