The space This modern home is designed with classic, fully furnished sophisticated style fit for 6 guests. Your kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils, pots and pans so you can cook your own meals. High speed internet perfect for that are business travelers and TV. This has 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds that are comfortably furnished with crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Guest access This is a self check in unit. Access codes are sent the moment you booked this reservation. We prefer to keep all the communication within the platform. Other things to note We have cameras at the front and rear of the property to monitor for safety purposes and confirm check in/check out. We CAN NOT accommodate early Check in or late check out. You will be charged a $50 late fee after 10:15am if you are not out of the property, and $50 additional for every 15 minutes thereafter. This is to ensure we have ample time to clean for the guests immediately following your stay. If you need to drop bags off early or have us hold them for a few hours on the day of your checkout we may be able to accommodate those request- just reach out to us. All pet requests are subject to approval and rates may vary. Please reach out to us if you will be staying with a pet. Any damages reported may result to additional charges.
