This kitchen features a modern clean finish with teak furnishings cupboards and marble countertops. Along with microwave, percolator refrigerator, convection oven flat top electric stove, eating plate set, matching cutlery‘s and glasses, cooking and eating utensils pots, bowls, knives, food tongs, place mats, cleaning supplies etc. The living room The living area allows for Dimming as well as your relaxation. With fully set dining table, sofa set, ceiling fan, 55 inch smart television and a cozy corner with single sofa, small library AC unit Wi-Fi. Full bath Spacious standing shower all supplies. Bedrooms Two comfy cozy bedrooms. Accommodates two persons twin size, full-size beds, side tables cupboards for storage, mirror rugs, side chair, fragrant candles, extra towels, AC Unit The outdoors Nestled around the property are a few cozy spots. The plants and trees bring the birds. In the shade you can read a book, have a cup-per enjoy your morning routine and relax. There’s a loveseat and a beautiful manicured lawn shaded by a 12 foot moringa tree at the front area and a balcony at the back with the table umbrella chair with a view showing the highlight of the property. The space can be enjoyed at day or night. The backyard At the backyard is where we can find the Fine Time restaurant, specially designed and outfitted as a small event or rental space which accommodates 20 to 80 persons seated. Through word of mouth we take bookings for private events with light music, we have a party bar and a fully staffed commercial kitchen with all the necessary amenities. We have hosted bachelorette parties, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Baby showers and Weddings. Our personal events include women’s retreat, date nights, sister sister meet and greets and lots more. Guest access You will be able to access the dining room, living room, amazing backyard and our free and secure parking spaces. During your stay I am an on site host who will be happy to assist you with all of your needs!
