The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. The space The charming and whimsical apartment is also well equipped and comfortable. The 1910 triplex maintains its old world charm with a fun and quirky style. The Queen City Penthouse is the entire third floor with a separate and private entrance. Original hardwood floors extend through the light and airy space. Fall down the rabbit hole and admire the Alice in Wonderland mural in the kitchen painted by a local Cincinnati artist. The vibrant colors of the kitchen will guarantee that your day starts with a smile! The stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal that you can enjoy sitting at the antique 4-seat dining room table made in Cincinnati. The living space is divided into two separate areas but can be enjoyed as one. The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sectional, coffee table, entertainment center with a 55 inch Roku TV and sound bar. The coffee table has a lift top in case you want to enjoy a meal with your favorite movie. The additional living space offers a nook for reading, playing games, or hanging out. It features a love seat couch, end tables , a coffee table, and floor pillows. The main bedroom offers a feel of luxury and is painted a romantic color that Behr Paint calls “exotic eggplant”. It features a queen size bed, two end tables, two dressers, a chair, mirror, laundry basket, and a 32 inch Roku TV. The second bedroom is a rustic navy blue with wood paneling on the sloped ceiling. It features a queen size bed, two end tables, a dresser, a chair, a mirror, laundry basket, and a 32 inch Roku TV. The third bedroom is inspired by Jackson Pollock and has been dudded the “splat” room. It features a twin size bed, dresser, chair, laundry basket, and mirror. The star projector spaceship is sure to be a kid favorite (young and old) The full bathroom adds fun and charm to brushing your teeth. Unwind in the large bathtub or bathe in the separate shower. The bathroom gives plenty of reflection with a full sized mirror, 2 ten inch mirrors, and a retractable magnifying mirror. Become immersed in the interactive community art by adding to the chalk wall or chalk refrigerator. Chalk markers are available for you to add your artistic flare to either of the two spaces. Guest access The Queen City Penthouse offers plenty of street parking feet from the door. Guests will enjoy self check-in with keyless entry. Guests have access to the front and back yards. Other things to note We are a pet friendly property, however, we do have a 2 dog 25lb (each) limit. We ask that you clean up after your dog. All dogs must be potty trained. If your dog is left unattended, we ask that you please keep them in a kennel to prevent chewing of furniture, accidents in the house, and excessive barking. Dogs must be leashed in shared spaces. Pitbulls are an illegal breed in Cincinnati and will not be approved to stay at the Queen City Penthouse. Please contact me if you wish to travel with a dog larger than 25 lbs. There are two flights of stairs and the second flight is somewhat steep.
