Charming Cottage-Style House with Large Backyard

Important House Rule: Only tourists with *many good reviews* may book the house to enjoy quietly among themselves. Stay & enjoy in my centrally-located house in Miami, 7 min. from the Design District, 8 min. from the airport, 9 min. from Wynwood, 16 min. from the beach. My cozy comfortable house offers the space and style you need. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room in an an open-space design, 1 bathroom, laundry, parking, and a big backyard with fruit and palm trees. The space From the moment you enter you will appreciate the charm of the open space design by looking out through the French doors into the backyard and the palm trees. You will enjoy the functional, well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, with water and ice dispenser in the fridge. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and upon request I can add a double size air mattress of 18" height. The other bedroom has a computer desk and a sofa bed that converts to a very comfy double bed with a top memory foam mattress pad. It also has space for a twin size air mattress. Guest access You will enter the house with a door code. It is easiest to park on the street in front of the house which fits 3 cars as the parking inside the gate does not offer automatic gate opening but you will get the keys to unlock the gate if you prefer to park inside. Other things to note Remember, you have to be a tourist, living outside of Miami-Dade, and have more than 2 reviews, and all *good reviews* that mention that you leave the Airbnbs clean. I have been to many places around the world and received good Airbnb reviews as a traveler and even when I pay for cleaning I don't leave a mess behind, I don't leave stains and dirt everywhere because I know that is disrespectful. I clean after myself or my group. I also expect that from you. Now, as a host, I will do my best to earn your 5-star review and it also starts with cleanliness. Please also move the 2 big trash containers to the street every Sunday evening. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy: For long-term guests, we schedule weekly cleanings. An adjusted quote will include cleaning and linen exchange fees. As a courtesy, for 7-day stays or longer, I will leave breakfast food in the fridge for the first morning after you arrive, which includes eggs, milk, juice, fruits, bread and other goodies.
