The home has its own wooden terrace (southwest facing), with a view of a small lake. There is a larger lawn, playhouse, trampoline for older children. The garden is generally shared with the hosts who live in the main house. The house is a small cozy house, with "everything you need" in everyday life: - Kitchen-living room with small sofa bed, dining table with room for 4 people and small TV - Bedroom with double bed (120 x 200 cm), and 2 wardrobes 60x200 cm, as well as chest of drawers with 3 drawers and TV (43"). - Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 80x200 cm) and dresser. - Small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and floor heathing. Appliances: Dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, extractor hood washing machine and dryer (combi), vacuum cleaner and floor washer (combi) Both TVs have a Goggle Chromecast installed for streaming your own streaming services via your phone/ipad. In the house, an air-to-air heat pump provides heating in the winter, but can also serve as air conditioning in the summer. Guest access The home has its own wooden terrace (southwest facing = tons of sun), with a view of a small lake.. There is a large lawn with flowers and trees (1200 m2), as well as a playhouse and trampoline for older children. NOT ADULTS! The large lawn/garden is generally shared with the hosts who live in the main house. Other things to note MINIMUM AGE FOR THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING IS 35 YEARS. THE PERSON MUST BE PRESENT AMONG THE TRAVEL PARTY.
