Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden & Tower Bridge are short Bus/ Underground rides. Situated on the 5th floor (Lift available), you will have access to 2 double bedrooms, a bright living room, the kitchen & one bathroom. Includes free parking & private balcony. Kitchen equipped with all essentials for a short stay ( microwave, oven, toaster, kettle & cutlery). There is a small private balcony with a Skyline view and a glimpse of the London Eye too. We also have free secure parking within the building - a rare convenience for Zone 1 Central London! We are family-friendly so if you are traveling with children we have some essentials like a portable Pack n Play, child-friendly cutlery, and storybooks for bedtime available at the property. The apartment is very well connected with multiple transport links - Waterloo Mainline Station (Jubilee, Bakerloo &Northern Line) is 10 mins walk. You can also easily walk to Borough & London Bridge station in 10-15 mins. Important Notes There are building works ongoing in the surrounding area incl scaffolding, with expected date of completion to be end of the year 2024 ( To be confirmed). The scaffolding has come off our apartment exterior now but some work continues in the wider building area. There is a common building lift to the apartment, which is on the 5th floor. On the very rare occasion that the lift/ elevator may breakdown, we will do everything we can to get it fixed asap with the management company. However, if that does happen guests may have to take the stairs to the apartment. Pls contact us if you have questions about the works and we can give best available update at the time. Other things to note Air conditioning (portable) in living area only. Heating in bedrooms and living room. The kitchen has an electric cooker. Please switch off all appliances after each use. The bathroom door needs to be left slightly open when NOT in use to allow for adequate ventilation. If you use any of the toys and books in the flat, please do keep them back where you found them at time of arrival. This is our home, so please do treat it with respect as you would your own. - On check out, wet towels can be dropped in the black laundry bags provided, you don’t have to strip the bed linen, the cleaner will take care of that. - All used dishes must be washed with soap provided or run in the dishwasher using washing tablets provided. - Please don’t put food rubbish down the kitchen sink , it will create drain blockages. - All rubbish must be tidily placed in the kitchen in a bag so the cleaner can take it away after check out.
