It also has 2 extra toilet bathroom inside the villa. ❖ RockFort Villa promises delightful activities that will keep you in your holiday swing with private swimming pool, an open front yard and a Private Club House brimming with table games like TT, Pool, Chess, Carom & other Broad games. ❖ The Club House can also accommodate up to 40 people for parties, events, conferences or shake a leg at the dance floor. ❖ Villa also has Gazebo where you can sip cup of Tea coffee with your loved ones. Spend your hours talking to your loved ones in the gazebo. ❖ The villa also offers full time service staff, housekeeping and an in House Chef Guest access Entire Property with Private Swimming Pool & Private Club House Other things to note · Swimming Pool will be closed from Midnight 12 to Morning 6 Am. No Drinking near Swimming Pool. Food, alcohol, beverages or any breakable and perishable articles are not allowed anywhere near the pool · Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa , Drinking isn't a problem inside the villa · No loud Music after 10 PM Outside Villa , After 10 PM inside the house please but with no nuisance to neighbours . · Footwear not allowed inside the villa. We Request you to treat the property as your own Home · One Time Cleaning Fees of Rs 500 will taken at the time of Check in. · Cooking is strictly not allowed inside the Villa, There is Microwave where you can heat the food In case you get food from outside. There is separate kitchen outside where our cook can cook your choices of food. He can cook Chinese, Italian, and Punjabi & Indian. · A refundable security deposit of Rs 5000 will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to. Any Balance Payment has to be paid at the time of Check in Only. · There is a medical kit available at the villa. · We are Sorry we don’t provide Towels, since usually we have group of 20-30 guest as visitors. It’s difficult to provide so many towels. · Any Damage will be charged from Deposit and it will be owners’ decision · parking space for up to 5 cars is available inside the Villa · After using the swimming pool, kindly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes. · Stay & Food for a driver can be arranged at an additional cost. · The caretaker stays inside property. · Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. · In case of power failure there is Generator but AC will not work on Generator. Generator needs to be shut down after every 2 hrs for atleast 30 minutes . · There is Heavy Rain & Sometime Air Storm in Lonavala due to which there is low voltage in electricity power. Some electrical item may work; some may not work during this period. We request guest to co-operate with us as this is beyond our limitation to solve this issue. · Any service provided by the Supervisor outside the villa will be charged at Rs.50/- per visit. · Do not leave children unattended around the pool, balcony and terrace. Management will not be held responsible for any mishap or accidents · Do not leave any valuables. Take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss. · We apologies in advance but We don’t have policy to give the property keys to the guest as we have housekeeping staff and managers to take care of things , also if the guest misplaces the keys we don’t have a spare key. Please be understanding towards this . Guest Can Lock the bedrooms & Wardrobe. · Most Important Point we don’t entertain guests who drink and vomit inside the Villa or Proper . If anyone found vomiting inside the Villa or nearby then we shall charge Rs 1000 for cleaning the same. · Kids Below age of 5 years are free. Kids between 5 to 10 years will be calculated as half Guest. Above 10 years they will be treated as full guest. · We don’t entertain using of Hukka /Sheesha inside the property, but incase guest still bring it then we are not responsible for any action taken by local Authority or police by any chance. · Any guest found indulging in any illegal activity like drugs / prostitution or anything against the law then they will be thrown out immediately without any further discussion and also if required management can call police or local authorities for further investigation. · We have Strict Cancelation Policy, Incase Guest Cancel the booking for any reason or natural calamities we will not refund any money back. Incase booking cancelled one month before the booking date then 100% booking amount will be adjusted in next booking. Incase booking cancelled 15 days before the booking date then 50% booking amount will be adjusted in next booking. we dont refund any booking amount in Cash Back .
