The studio is certainly one of the most beautiful in the city, a step away from the Capuchinos convent and Federman Square. The "pasillo de los monjes" leads to the apartment under the shade of the surrounding trees. It is one block from the sea and two from Riito, in the Pink zone of the city, ideal for bars and dancing. Nevertheless, also professionals have stayed there for months and years with pleasure, getting up early and often leaving during weekends. The space The studio is cozy with wide spaces. It's like feeling at home, it has everything you need to live short and long stays. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and a television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, food: it has a stove with oven, refrigerator and all utensiles. There is also an automatic washing machine. It has a room with a double bed and the possibility of placing a hammock (supplied). The bathroom has running water and also has a reserve tank in case of lack of water in the city. Guest access Independent access Other things to note At certain times of the year the area can become an open-air nightclub (as in all of Riohacha); lately also weekends can be a bit noisy. There is an elementary school very close and the students start early, around 6.30 and leave around 1 pm; at those times there is a lot of traffic for the vehicles that are going to pick up the children which can be noisy.
