Nestled in a well established West Roseville neighborhood, our home is a large two story 4 bedroom house that showcases two small palm trees which accents the unique private front porch. We offer other units all located upstairs and each with it's own unique features and decor theme. We are close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores, all within a mile from the house. Our area also offers several walking trails all inside a nature reserve and just minutes from the house. The space Welcome! Our private room displays a nice setting of local and personal art pieces throughout. Your stay will be upstairs in a comfort bed for a good night's sleep. The space has an overhead fan/light. Smokers are not permitted. Guest access Due to the low discounted rate, Guests ONLY have access to their room and share upstairs bathroom. No Food or food storage allowed inside the room. This unit is perfect for the person that likes eating out. All other areas inside or outside on this property are NOT available to guests. During your stay We love to interact with our guests and on occasion become friends. On the other hand, we also respect our guests privacy and we strive that our guests have a great experience during their stay. If you want to have an uninterrupted stay, just say so, you won't hurt our feelings. I also run my Mary Kay business out of my home. At times you will find me conducting business in my full store and studio however, we are always available to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note I require prior host feedback that is positive to book this room. Smokers are not permitted. NFL Football Season: We love our football! During football season, we occasionally host getting together with friends and our guests in our backyard with good food and good times, maybe even some dancing if our Niners win. We welcome any our guests to join in on the fun. We will inform our guests prior to our festivities. Please note, since people are particular if we don't list it, we don't offer it. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests and us to stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. In addition, we air-treat the unit with the use of an Ozone generator for at least 2 hours. We also continue to use UV light technology within the HVAC system. Ozone has a very powerful function of killing germs and bacteria even if there is an object blocking, the gas will also spread throughout the room, without being affected by obstructions.  The UV light keeps killing airborne pollutants and viruses throughout the entire home. For your peace of mind, we also provide disinfectants and hand sanitizer in your room. We also use water ozonation technology to wash our linen.
