La Quinta Condo with Casita and Courtyard Patio

Adjacent to the Historic La Quinta Resort. 3 bdm Condo which includes a detached Casita off the enclosed Courtyard with a Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Master has Kingsize bed with ensuite bath and 2nd bdm has two twin beds and ensuite bath. Full Kitchen and washer and Dryer. 3 Televisions in Condo. The space Our Condo has a Grand ambiance and is tucked up against the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. The grounds are walkable and distinguished by an abundance of regal palm trees and ever expansive green grass lawns. It is comfortable with a smart design that allows 6 people to be together comfortably, especially with the detached Casita off the Courtyard Patio with built in BBQ and fridge adorned with a wall of bougainvilliea. Guest access This is a very walkable and scenic property tucked up against the Santa Rosa Mountains and Desert Golf Course and adjacent to the Historic La Quinta Resort (a short walk) to access their restaurants, bar and coffee shop. General every day shopping needs are less than 1/2 mile away. There is no parking on streets (fines attached), only in driveway. Must display Gate Guard pass on your Left Dash of car and show Guard each time you enter - Thank you. Other things to note All guests or Food Orders must be announced in advance to the Gate Guard at the number posted inside home by the Bar. Example: I am so and so staying at 77498 Avenida Madrugada - I am expecting 'this guest, at this time' or I am expecting a pizza from Xxxxxxxx ' If not announced in advance, Gate Guard will not allow them to enter - thank you
