Welcome to our piece of paradise we have nicknamed Ocean Dunes B2-4U. Our condo is located in one of the ONLY 5 exclusive Oceanside buildings conveniently steps away from private/gated access to beach and pool with a great central location to both options . This 1 bedroom with upper loft space, offers 3 beds, sofa sleeper , updated and fully stocked condo/ kitchen with basic necessities to start your stay, stainless steel appliances, beach/pool supplies and beautiful scenic private boardwalk ! This fully furnished and remodeled 1 bedroom with upper level loft, 1 and half bath condo offers 3 beds, sofa sleeper, fully stocked kitchen with some basic necessities to start your stay including coffee/tea (minus groceries), new stainless steel appliances/small appliances, washer/dryer, beach/pool gear (including chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, towels, bodyboards, sand and pool toys) free wifi, assigned parking space, cable TV on large flat screens(living and master bedrooms) and 2 smart flat screen TVs with access to streaming service (guest must have own account log-in) in loft area, board games, puzzles, cards, DVD player with small selection of DVD movies and reading area with books. The condo is centrally located on the dune /oceanside of the community with a unique, natural and scenic private/ gated boardwalk to the beach and pool only steps away. Both beach and pool are next to the condo on each side for convenience and ease. Ocean Dunes B2-4U is a special piece of paradise we as a family still vacation when possible. This community location lends itself to a more secluded beachside town with relaxing vibes nearby some great local activities and restaurants but yet close enough to historic downtown St. Augustine (10 miles away) for a day/night of more adventures/options. We have set up the condo to make your experience as easy, enjoyable and convenient as possible keeping in mind all the details we appreciate when we vacation. This is our home away from our everyday home so we hope you will see as hosts/owners we personally oversee every detail and have taken / will continue to take great care and pride in offering an updated, comfortable, clean, convenient, and enjoyable place for guests to relax and want to stay again! Crescent Beach/St. Augustine is a charming beach town tucked away from the busier tourist destinations for a wonderful beachside vacation yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, bars, shops nearby to enjoy. Historic downtown St. Augustine with plenty of additional options for dining, sight seeing , shopping and famous tours is just 10 miles away. 1 Assigned guest parking spot back of community near condo but no direct parking next to condo building. Access road for temporary parking for loading and unloading next to condo building available. Additional car must park in a spot marked "visitor" if available. Condo on second floor, no elevators. Stairs must be taken to access condo, beach and pool. Not recommended for those who may have mobibility concerns or limitations. ✔Condo (2nd floor no elevator) is located on dune/ocean side of community, will require using wooden staircases to access condo, beach and pool . An access road directly next to Condo is available for temporary loading/unloading purposes only. No direct parking next to condo building. Not recommended for those who may have mobility limitations. ✔Pls. note loft space and access ladder use is recommended for children 10 years and older. If loft space/ladder will be used during stay by children/teens under 18yrs old, guest(s) waiver must be reviewed, signed and received during booking process (within 48 hours after receiving email) in order to book entire condo. Copy of waiver will be sent out for preview during booking process. ✔Loft ceiling is not standard height but vaulted with one side being lower. Loft space more ideal for children, teens and average-shorter height adults. A built-in loft ladder will need to be used to access loft area. ✔The community HOA will on occasion do repairs/maintenance/updates in the general common area or buildings that may require water to be shut off temporary. Hosts/Owners can not control when these are scheduled but will notify guests immediately if your unit or building will be effected directly .
