A living room with TV and books, two coziest of bedrooms, a huge patio and a beautiful backyard to get you into that upstate of mind. The space LIVING SPACE: The living area is a bright and airy floor plan that encompasses the living room, kitchen and dining room space. All of the windows showcase the wooded backyard and provide the perfect backdrop for a natural setting. There's a cozy couch and TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. There's also a great Samsung sound bar, for an enhanced entertainment experience. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses and dish ware to help prepare your meals. You can also look forward to fresh coffee in the morning from either the French-press or drip coffee machine. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, desk, and bedside table. Huge window to the backyard. On clear nights you can even see the stars from bed! Bedroom 2: Queen bed, work area and a bookshelf with a great collection. WORKING: Both bedrooms have comfortable working desks and chairs to make WFH amazing. And lightning fast with a fantastic broadband connection. BATHROOM: The bathroom is a simple yet stylish space with a walk in shower, vanity and great natural lighting. OUTDOORS: A new 4 person dining table, a fire pit and a propane grill are available for guests to use! TRAIL: A well marked trail to take you around the acres of forest in the backyard. Other things to note Where you’ll be: A quick 7 mins to Narrowsburg's Main St with great restaurants like the Laundrette, Tusten Cup and The Heron plus some fabulous shopping options. 2 mins from Landers Rivers Trips that offers great water sports options in the Delaware River. Also close to great hiking trails. With the Tusten Mountain Trail just 6 mins from the house. The house is on a picturesque road with nice walks around the property. Great walking, running and cycling. : SOME IMPORTANT NOTES: *If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. One dog is allowed per reservation, unless otherwise approved by host (please send us a message). Sorry, we do not allow cats. Please abide by our pet rules. *Ticks/bugs are a regular part of Upstate NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. *This house has a back-up generator! *Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. No smoking in or on the property. No pets w/o approval, bringing a pet without approval will result in a $100 fee. No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. No loud music after 9pm. No weapons. Routinely scheduled maintenance or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay.
