Welcome to the Mid Hudson Valley. This center hall colonial sits on 4.4 acres of privacy.A true sanctuary, a place to escape the city ,yet it offers an easy commute to Manhattan when need. Minutes to antiquing, rock-climbing at the Gunks/Mohonk Preserve, swimming, hiking, jogging, biking, skiing, fishing, apple/pumpkin picking, crafts fairs, outlet shopping. It's nearby to the Walkway Over the Hudson, Rocking Horse Ranch, SUNY New Paltz, Skydive the Ranch and many other attractions. The space This airy sunny home offers a large foyer, living room, gourmet kitchen, 2 bedrooms , and 1-1/2 bathrooms with peaceful views of trees and the sky.  Watch and listen to nature while relaxing outdoors. The main level has an open floor-plan which is great for entertaining with living, dining, kitchen and 1 den with pullout sleeper and ½ bathroom. The upper level has an additional bedroom and full bathroom.I do have a cat that goes in and out.but will never be present the time of booking so come enjoy a perfect getaway with all the comforts of home.This is my home during the week,which will have some personal items. Guest access Sheets and towels will be provided. Home is equipped with cooking and dining amenities. Wifi, DVD player and TV (cable) with HDMI connection to your computer are available. Other things to note No smoking. No parties or events. No pets. No drugs. No parties. No bride/bridegroom preparations. No receiving personal mail or packages. Children must be under constant supervision. Guests responsible for their health and physical condition. For our your protection and ours, there are security cameras on the exterior of the home. Check-in is anytime after 2PM Check out by 12PM (noon) Enjoy your stay, but please treat our family home with the same love and respect we do. No smoking or pets indoors (this is serious for allergy reasons, thanks!) You must also acknowledge Must climb stairs Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged $1000.
