Important Note: Please be aware that the apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside can trigger the building's alarm system. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony with the door closed. Guest access You also have access to the common facilities, including: • Infinity Edge Swimming Pool: Located on the 7th floor, open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. A key card is required to access the pool area. • Fitness: Located on the 2nd floor, open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. A key card is required to turn on air conditioning. • Car/Motorbike Parking: Available on the ground floor, free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. • Garbage Room: Situated on the ground floor, on your left hand after building main entrance and near car parking area. Other things to note Maid Service: For daily stays (1-6 nights) and weekly stays (6-29 nights), maid service is provided every 3 days. For monthly stays (more than 30 nights), two complimentary maid services are included. Water and Electricity: For daily stays, water and electricity are included in the rate. For weekly and monthly stays, usage is charged as follows: • Water: THB 55 per cubic meter • Electricity: THB 7.5 per kilowatt Guests can check the meter usage at any time during their stay. Utility fees will be collected on the check-out date, payable by cash.
