Waterfront house with incredible ocean view

Welcome to our cozy inn, where we cater exclusively to one group of guests at a time, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience. Our kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, along with spices and cooking utensils, perfect for family cooking. The hosts reside on-site but have their own living quarters. They are more than happy to offer the best advice on local attractions, activities, restaurants, and grocery shopping. Minimum stay: 3 nights. The space Our inn has a huge and spectacular front and back yard that includes a big ocean view covered courtyard, a laundry room, a wide open lobby and a kitchen. Feel free to RELAX with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here. We will prepare some food ingredients in the fridge for the first. You may buy groceries in the local stores if you need more. Homemade beard, coffee and tea bags are for each day of your stay. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel and wooden counters, a coffee maker, IH stove, an oven and a dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes, flatware and cooking items, like spices and olive oil are included for your meal preparation. Serving and dining are easy and efficient at the kitchen island/bar and large dining table complete with breath taking oceanfront views. The food we offer for the first day: Milk (936 ml) 2 eggs per person 1 scallion pancake per person fruit 1 pork patty per person We have several yard games (badminton, baseball, jump ropes, sand toys for kids ) for your use. And for those rainy days or sunburned days we have indoor board games, congkok, go, cards, books, TV/Cable, Chromecast Audio, etc. Deck chairs are also provided inside the house. A 3 minutes walk to the ocean, another 15 minutes walk to a restaurant. If you rent a car, it takes you 5 minutes to drive to more restaurants and food stalls. This room is ocean viewed and with an en-suite full bath. We provide fresh new towels, and basic amenities for your comfort. We have a very sweet DOG that looks forward to sharing its time with you. It is very well behaved and will not bother you if you're not into Furry Friends. Absolutely no smoking and no pets, please. House Rules No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime after 4 PM IG Guest access A garden surrounding the property, an outdoor parking area (with space for up to 5 cars), an ocean-view courtyard lounge, a laundry room equipped with washing and drying facilities, a ground floor lobby with a kitchen, as well as a drying area. Other things to note Check-in is available after 4 pm. We will meet you at the property to give you a tour of the facilities and offer any necessary instructions. Please inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with FREE first- day household food ingredients. Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the property we will charge a 10000 TWD (35 USD) fee. We provide all furnishing, linen, towels, bathroom & kitchen supplies, please leave the property with the same equipment provided. Fireworks or firecrackers are not allowed as they are fire hazards. Fresh bedding, covers, towels will not be provided if there are no serious stains.
