The first floor includes an open and airy living area with 2 comfortable sofas and modern furnishings, pellet stove for ambiance, and projector (so you can stream your favorite movies from your personal device on the movie screen worthy 10ft wall! — dongle for Lightning and USB-C to HDMI provided; **NOTE: there is no TV). Large farm-style dining table seats 6+ and is perfect for family meals, game night, or an additional work area. Separate office allows for quiet workspace (with 200Mbps wifi); enjoy your morning coffee or yoga practice in the THREE SEASON sunroom with views of the backyard. **NOTE: The Sunroom is not Heated between November - March. Fully equipped VINTAGE kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: The kitchen is fully equipped but has not been updated (SEE PHOTOS) and maintains its "vintage charm". If you are looking for a newer, larger, spic-and-span chef's kitchen with ample prep space, this is probably not the rental for you. We want to be upfront about that. Second floor includes two large bedrooms equipped with queen beds and luxury linens, a sweet single bedroom bathed in sunshine, a loft with 2-twin beds (great for a kid hangout!), and a hall bathroom with enclosed shower and soaking tub. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house excluding the following areas: basement, studio off of garage, 2 bedroom closets, kitchen cabinets w locks, linen closet. These are the areas where the homeowners keep their personal items. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Additional marginal charge for each guest beyond 4 total. We do this to pay our cleaning crew for their extra work and to not have to up-charge on the cleaning or nightly fee for 4 or fewer guests. We believe that's the most efficient and equitable way to price for all.
