We comfortably accommodate couples, friends and families. The house sleeps 6 Adults and 4 children (or those young at heart) in the bunk bedroom. Pricing shown is for the whole apartment sleeping 10 people max. You have a choice of booking the whole apartment (4 bedrooms, sleeping 10) or the separate Suites (2 bedrooms each, sleeping respectively 4, or 6) The ground floor apartment consists of 2 wings: The Tsitsikamma and Robberg Suites, linked by a patio, a dining room and a large kitchen, making it the ideal choice for 2 families sharing or for a group of friends. Please request this service and the rate prior to check-in. PARKING Secure, free parking for 2 cars in a secure automated garage. NO Parking on lawn inside perimeter fence. SECURITY Secure....your safety is our concern. Security camera outside the property. Neighbourhood watch and ADT rapid response security system. Always be aware of opportunistic criminals. MATRIC RAGE BOOKINGS ONLY UPON REQUEST. See the House Rules. Guest access Guests will be welcomed by the host on check in. Access via a code on security gate operated by a strike lock and lockbox. 6 steps lead up to the patio. Coded key-safes outside the central security door Parking for 2 cars in an automated garage, shared by the owner. Plenty off-street parking in front of property. Beaches, Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Other things to note MATRIC RAGE BOOKING REQUESTS NO Matric Rage bookings, *UNLESS* by prior approval by the host. The Name and ID number of each guest must be specified in the booking. *MAX 8 STUDENTS of the SAME gender*. An additional contract is signed by each student and his/her parent prior to the check-in, with additional house rules during this time. IDs of all the guests must be available during check-in.
