Lovely Double Room next to Crystal Palace Park

Experience a comfortable stay in our double bedroom nestled in the heart of Crystal Palace. This room offers a cozy retreat with a comfortable double bed, tea/coffee facilities, a mini fridge, shower gel and complimentary water. The shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen are an added bonus, while nearby attractions like Crystal Palace Park and vibrant local spots offer plenty to do in the area. The space Guests are welcome to make themselves feel at home in the entire house and can use all facilities. The only 2 rooms out of bounds are the other 2 bedrooms as they may be also rented out when you stay If you’re driving here please let us know and we will make a space available on the driveway. Currently the living room and dining room are out of bounds due to renovations Guest access Guests can use the entire house and garden - the only space out of bounds is the office at the end of the garden. The garden is usuable until 10pm. The dining room and living room are currently out of bounds for refurbishment Early check in/late check-out is charged at %20 per hour of your booking fee outside check-in/check-out times. Bag storage is charged at £15 outside check in-check out hours 100£ fine for any unauthorised /unbooked guests
