The new renovated Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is at the left side of this apartment. This hotel has wonderful night activities and extravagant restaurants. Other things to note The home uses an on-demand water heater (line heater), though temperature may vary and may be warm rather than extra hot. Our home is located in a warm climate, and while we follow routine pest control and cleaning, occasional insects are a normal part of the environment.
