Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This home is a two unit home that is rented separately. We are 15 minutes from the Georgia National fairgrounds. PLEASE NOTE: This property consists of 2 units in The home. The house is split in 2 and rented as two separate spaces. The only shared space between the units is the driveway. A max of 2 cars for each reservation is allowed on property during your stay. This is a 2 story home- please be aware that ALL bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each room has a queen sized bed. The home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Both bathrooms are walk-in showers (no bathtubs). Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, along with a double oven and full size refrigerator. There are 3 TVs in the home and one tv located on the back patio. The home sits on over an acre and there is also a catch and release pond you may utilize on the property. Guest will have access to the entirety of until 1. This includes, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, dinning area, patio & full laundry room. Large parking area and also room to park an RV if needed. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be well trained. We kindly ask that you cleanup after your pet and if there is any damage due to pet(or otherwise) a surcharge will be added onto your reservation. There is a $45 flat PET FEE for EACH pet your bring per stay. The property does feature security cameras on the outside of the home and a ring doorbell. -No smoking. -No parties or events. -No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. -The maximum property capacity is 4 people. -Quiet time after 9pm. Absolutely no parties, unless previous arrangements have been set in place with host. There WILL BE A SURPLUS, cleaning charge and a cost per guest for any gatherings over 4 people. Quiet time is after 9:00pm and we kindly ask to keep loud music to a minimum after this time. We can accommodate if you would like to bring a pet or host a small gathering on the property, but please do not bring more people or pet than reflected on your reservation. NO SMOKING! Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the home including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed. Any damage done to the property during your stay may result in additional charges.
