Other things to note **Occupancy & Parking:** The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. **Good Neighbor Policy:** You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level, as excessive noise can disturb our neighbors. **Pool Heating:** Please let us know if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. Upon your request we will set the daily water temperature at 80 degrees at no extra fee during the winter months. Please note the heater automatically shuts off if the air temperature drops below 52°F. If you'd like the pool warmer, an additional fee per degree applies for the remainder of your stay. **Provided for Your Stay:** We supply linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. **Security:** Front door, driveway, and all yards have security cameras.
