Bright room in historic city centre!

All guests will enjoy easy access to the old town from this centrally located place. The listing itself has a clear view on the "Paul v ostaijen" sculpture & municiple square. There's a popular coffeebar "Normo" opposite of the house as well. The space leans itself towards couples and comes in an antique setting. Both kitchen/bathroom are shared with either long term or short term commuters. NO DEODERANTS / NO PERFUMES INSIDE THE LISTING PLEASE!! The space Each floor has a seperate room, which basically constitutes the listing of choice. First floor has the kitchen are, ground level (laundry space) has a toilet facillity.. The bathroom is located on the third floor, so you might want to keep this into account if your lesser able. Either way it isn't inevitable since your room will either be on the first or second floor. Guest access Each reservation gets full access to the house & shared spaces ,.. A seperate key to the room & front door 'll be provided for each booking.. The communal soaces include the kitchen area, bathroom & two seperate toilet spaces. During your stay I don't live on the premise myself, so i prefer to keep contact through phone in case you need direct assistance.. I ask all my guests to share their arrival time because of this. The check-in will be handled by me personally. Furthermore i will be there to hand you the keys & give you a short tour through the house.
