Large house in the heart of the Saint Michel district The space The house is a beautiful and old Toulouse house. The entrance overlooks a hallway that serves the kitchen/dining room, the staircase and the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, fridge) and has a warm bar. It overlooks the dining area, then the living room area with TV. On the ground floor you will also find a large bathroom with toilet, washing machine and bathtub. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms each with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, a closed garage accommodates guests' bicycles if necessary. Guest access You will have access to the ground floor and the 1st floor. The house is composed of a 2nd floor but this is reserved for the owners (they are not present when the house is rented). Other things to note Parties and noisy evenings are strictly forbidden.
