The space The 45 sqm guest house or bakery in a quiet and idyllic location has the following rooms: - 1 bedroom with walk-in dressing area - 1 bathroom with shower and window - 1 fully equipped kitchen with Miele electrical appliances - 1 living room - 1 small dining room with space for 4 people - 1 sleeping place in the roof gable In keeping with the ecological quality of the building, we only use ecological detergents and cleaning agents from Sonett, winner of the German Sustainability Award 2022, to provide our guests with a maximally healthy living environment. All ingredients of the products come from vegetable and mineral raw materials and are 100% biodegradable. The duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers. For energy-saving reasons, we do not iron the linens, towels and dish towels. Important: The single sleeping space in the roof gable is preferably suitable for children and teenagers. You can reach it via a space-saving or wooden Samba staircase. The mattress lies directly on the wooden lying surface. We would like to point out that the premises of the bakery are less light-flooded than usual due to the construction and use at the time. From all rooms of the cottage you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the field or into the garden. On request, a folding bed can be provided for an extra charge. You have the option of reserving an air conditioner on site. The daily flat rate, which covers the provision and electricity consumption, is €9.00 per day. The property is equipped with the latest SmartHome technology. This means that in the accommodation, for example, various sensors for controlling the various devices (fire detectors, water detectors, heating, alarm system, washing machine, TV, door lock, Wi-Fi, etc.) are located in the accommodation. These devices may give the landlord an alarm via the Internet if there are any irregularities. Ultimately, they serve exclusively the living comfort and safety of the guests. Also, nowadays various household appliances are networked online and report their status. In the apartment there is free WiFi, which cannot be deactivated.
