Very kid friendly as long as you're careful about the pool! Guest access The property is in a quiet village, renovated 10 years ago in a hundred year old space. The rental encompasses the largest part of a property of an acre, with plenty of privacy from the owner's studio. There is a magical old apothecary that was repurposed as a saloon next to the house. Other things to note A car is required for this rental. The space is in the center of a small village with dogs, horses, cattle and people walking by in addition to the odd car. It's like stepping back in time with huge spacious vistas over grasslands with grazing cattle, sheep and horses. The charming beach town Jose Ignacio is 30 minutes, away and the city Punto Del Este is 45 minutes. There is a tiny corner store selling wine, eggs, cheese and milk. There is a tiny cafe attached to the art residency program Campo. The world-renowned chef Francis Mallmann's hotel and restaurant is across the street.
