Within walking distance of two excellent restaurants, one of which is an award winning micro-brewery. The space Two private rooms and private bath in a home. The entire second floor is for the exclusive use of the guests. Each room has a TV. High speed WiFi. Lots of books available for the guests' reading pleasure. Guest access Get the key from the host. Guests enter through the host's quarters. But once inside the entire second floor is for the private use of the guests. During your stay If a guest wishes to socialize with John or Margueritte that is fine. If they want total privacy that also is fine. Don't be shy about expressing your preference. Other things to note Fairly close to the warehouse district and to the Indy 500 track. About 12 miles from Indianapolis. Easy access to interstate highways I-65, I-74, I-70, and I-465.
