This one bedroom one bathroom beachfront apartment is located in the 8th floor of a luxurious contemporary style residential building. Marassi Shores Residence, is directly connected to the Marassi Beach. A private beach with multiple water sports and activities. (guests can enjoy free beach access) The building is few steps from Marassi Galleria Mall, and Al Baraha Souq, with variety of activities and shopping and dining experience. The building has a 24 hour reception and security. The space The apartment is spacious and bright, well furnished and equipped to ensure a relaxed mind-free holiday. A private bedroom with a lock totally separate from the living area contains a comfy king-size bed, thick curtains and a work space. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining space and an open plan kitchen. A great space for family gathering. Overlooking the surrounding turquoise waters, the balcony offers the perfect setting to enjoy the stunning views from the comfortable seating provided.* Please note that there is a sight of a building under construction from the balcony "temporary". But, it doesn't obstruct the view of the sea and the beach. Free cleaning and change of bed linen is offered weekly. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests to enjoy. While indoors, enjoy ultra-modern facilities such as gymnasiums, adult and children’s pools, a thoughtfully-designed children’s play area, BBQ area, outdoor and indoor showers, seating zone. Enjoy free access to a wonderful private beach with free seating, umbrellas and kids water sports. Note: some of the beach activities come with extra payment. Other things to note We would like you experience the luxury of a five star resort but, feel like at home at same time. The building is a residential place, so we expect our guest to respect the rules set by the community management; Pets, smoking, partying and drinking liquor are not allowed in the entire facility. Please note that currently and temporally, there is some construction works happening near the building, which may cause a little inconvenience. But most of marassi area is developed; the beach, the mall and many restaurants and cafe's to enjoy. Free cleaning and change of bed linen is offered weekly.
