Comercial E-20 not 1301 ave del pacifico, nice, warm apartment at the beach area ,& the border 15-20 mnt if no traffic, with oxxo store and supermarkets nearby, ((sorry sometimes the city is doing repair for the Water system or the Power & the cut it off. Also you need to use your Netflix Acct.)) The space all 1st fl. yours alone with your own entrance.
