This is a large walk out basement lockoff unit, guests have their own private walkway and entrance into the unit along with their own backyard, and patio. This space includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a large kitchen and living room the unit is approximately 1500sqft. While this is a private unit noise from guests upstairs can be heard. Guests have access to the entire lock off unit. Guests have their own private lower patio and backyard, we ask that guests only use the lower portion of the yard to give guests in upper unit their privacy in their yard. There is a 6 ft retaining wall separating the two backyards for privacy. Alexandra is available anytime by cell phone.
