Charming & Secluded Farm House

Get away from it all but be surprisingly close to town in this recently renovated farmhouse conveniently located between Somerset and Burnside, Ky. Surrounded by woods on a graveled farm road, the Hill House features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a futon couch as well. We have Wi-Fi and a new 65” smart tv. Outdoor entertaining is a priority, and we have a screened in porch, an adjacent fire pit, and a large open carport with grill. The space This is a two-bedroom house, and each bedroom has a queen size bed and one futon. The living room has two couches that are full size hide-a-bed couches. The house has one full bath/shower and a nice kitchen and dining room. Guest access Guests have access to the house and .75-acre yard. The wooded road to the property is a scenic place to take walks and no hunting is permitted on the property. The house sits at the entrance to a farm so there is occasional farm related traffic. Other things to note This property is located in a rural setting and our water is supplied by a solar powered deep water well. We also have a 5-gallon bottled water dispenser in the kitchen.
