A cozy loft space, an additional bedroom with a sofa bed, and a terrace are waiting for you. Wood-burning stove, kitchenette, ski room, Wi-Fi, parking, and laundry facilities. Restaurant, bakery, shops, and train station within 500 m. Ideal for a couple, with or without young children. The space This cozy little apartment is an annex on the lower floor of our old mountain chalet (we are often there!). The generous and warm 30 m² loft space offers a double bed (queen size, 160 cm), two comfortable armchairs, a dining table with 2 chairs (+ 2 stools if desired), a kitchenette (2 hotplates, no oven, no microwave, all necessary dishes) and a wood-burning stove. The 12 m² additional bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 (140 cm), suitable for 2 small children, along with a dresser and a coat rack. Two separate and well-equipped bathrooms are at your disposal. The internet connection is good and perfectly adequate for working remote. The terrace is spacious and quiet. A table, 4 chairs, and 2 armchairs are available, as well as an old barbecue. The terrace opens onto a garden, between grass and meadow. The chalet is located at the edge of the forest. There is no fence. It is not recommended for (small) children to approach the forest, as the terrain is steep in some areas. In the morning, it is common for a chamois to stroll through the garden. Please do not disturb it or feed it. In the evening, a fox likes to visit the area. There is no danger, of course – they are friends. This annex was built in 2020 and has been rented since November 2022. Furniture and bedding are new of 2022. Cleaning between tenants is done professionally. Entrance is via the laundry room, which also serves as a ski room. Sheets and towels are provided. A bottle of local wine is also included :)
