Quiet corner lot, top of hill. Blue collar, rural, Smalltown feel in "City" of Beach. Close to Medora and T. R Park. Near Interstate 94, Flying J and Dollar General in Town. Only 1 1st floor bedroom is listed. Share rest of house with Host. Full Kitchen includes Dishwasher. Dinning room table, corner nook/benches. Hi-Efficiency Laundry. No Cable TV or internet. Small TV for DVD. Minimalist but comfortable. No stays longer than 9 days, thank you for understanding. The space Single Family House on corner lot on hill, with large yard. However, ONLY 1 Private Master Bedroom is being listed. Master Bedroom includes attatched large walk in closet/ dressing room and private Bathroom with large tub and shower. Host/Owner lives upstairs. 1st floor kitchen, laundry, dining room/pantry etc are shared spaces. No upstairs access, No Garage access, No Basement Access. Ask Host about Yard access. Parking is on street. 2 dogs, 1 cat in house. Dogs remain in kennels not directly above guest bedroom when host not home. Dogs upstair 90% of time during your stay. Cat can be kept upstairs if requested. Guest access Dinning room, living room and kitchen. No Garage Access. No Backyard unless permission by owner. Other things to note This is an older house, PLEASE communicate any issues, read or ask about my rules/ terms. This listing is for 1 bedroom in a house, NOT the entire house to yourself. Currently, only 1 room being listed, no other people in other rooms besides myself upstairs. My quiet hours are as listed: 11pm - 9AM. No fires in yard. Some uprooted tree/storm dammage. Stray cats in area. Use High Efficiency laundry soap. House is under consant improvement, but is cozy, homey, comfortable, and CLEAN. I have 3 PETS: 2 dogs and 1 cat. The dogs will NOT be loose around house while you visit. Dogs may bark alot when Im at work. I usually come home during lunch break to let them out into yard. I provide: Hair blowdryer, Toilet paper, paper towels, dishsoap, laundry soap, bath towels, hand towels, bed linens, trash bags, spices, pots, pans dishes, gallon of water for cooking/drinking. I DO NOT currently provide any personal bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste, snacks, food, etc. Thanks for understanding
