You will be charmed by this air-conditioned apartment, finished restoring in June 2020, located in the heart of the historic center of Marsala. You won't need a car to visit the city or have fun in the evening, everything is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will also reach the port of Marsala in just 10 minutes on foot, from which the boats depart for the Egadi islands, while in 15 minutes by car you will enjoy wonderful sunsets from the beautiful salt pans of Marsala! The space ☑ THE APARTMENT Located on the ground floor, you access an entrance with a sofa and reading area, and your attention will be captured by a beautiful tuff arch, typical stone of this land; after the arch you can find the living area with a kitchenette, from which you access a large double bedroom with air conditioning that also acts as a heat pump for the winter. The bathroom has a window and features a large shower tiled in an Arabic style. The apartment is equipped with new appliances: air conditioning in the bedroom, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick meal or an aperitif after returning from the beach. ☑ THE NEIGHBORHOOD A few meters from the house you can buy freshly baked wood-baked baked bread. Just 120 meters from the apartment is a good pastry shop where you can have breakfast, a snack, or buy some arancini to take with you to the beach.
