Waterfront Apt Near Annapolis -Boat Slip available

This waterfront apartment features a beachy style with amazing views of the Magothy River. Hang out on the dock or backyard sitting areas. Curl up with a book, play a game or lounge on the sofa and watch TV in this comfortable, clean and private apartment close to Annapolis. Use our kayaks or paddle board on the river or bring your own boat to use while you stay. Guest slip accommodates most boats up to a 23' boat. The space This apartment has a separate bedroom with queen size bed with TV and closet. In the main area is a living room area, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator and full bathroom. Please note there is no cooktop or kitchen sink within the kitchenette. Guest access This apartment is the lower level of my waterfront home on the Magothy River. There is a private entrance and the space is completely separate from the main house. You have full access to the backyard sitting areas, and the docks to hang out and fish or enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Other things to note My house is off the Magothy River on a small creek called Old Man’s Creek. I have two docks and several sitting areas in the yard. There is also a boat slip that may be available for a small boat during your stay (inquire about this prior to reserving to make sure it's available). There are kayaks available for use as well at no additional cost. The views of sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Registration Details 000564
