The space The estate is made up of two connected villas rented as one home. Each villa has its own kitchen, living area, and outdoor space, which gives groups room to spread out while staying close. The patios face the Caribbean with wide, clear views, and the home has strong AC, fast WiFi, and gated parking. The beachfront directly in front of the property is open and easy to reach from the patio. The estate is used only by your group during the stay. Self check-in is available. Other things to note Punta Santiago is a quiet coastal town with a slow pace. You’ll see fishermen at the nearby pier and a few people walking the beach throughout the day. The villa sits close to the water, so you can expect steady ocean breeze and warm light. A local grocery store, restaurants, bars, and a gas station are just a block away. And Walmart, Home Depot, and the promenade at Naguabo Malecón are just a 10-minute drive.
