This is a mountain home—expect rustic charm, occasional wildlife sightings, and natural surroundings (no manicured lawns here!). Snow, ice, and mud can impact access in winter/spring—4WD/AWD is highly recommended. The deck and walkways may be slippery when wet or snowy—please use caution. Power outages can happen in the Catskills during storms—flashlights are provided just in case. Smart lock access—you’ll receive your unique entry code on the day of arrival. Hot tub care: The cedar tub is cleaned and filled fresh for each booking. Please follow the instructions provided for safe and respectful use. This home is not childproof—there are open stairs, a deck, a firepit, and unlocked supplies. By booking, you agree to take responsibility for your group’s safety and belongings.
