Spacious lake front home facing Lassen Peak and just a few houses up from Rec 2 Beach. Enjoy all the great amenities provided by being inside the country club gates. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, playground, and 2 boat launch areas. This home is on driftwood cove road with tons of space and privacy. The home has several levels and lots of stairs between the driveway, main house and dock on the water. The home is well equipped with board games, and puzzles for use by our guests. The main house is a spacious 2 story cabin with 4 bedrooms 3 and 1/2 bathrooms with two decks facing the water. Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are on the main level with the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and 1/2 bath. On the lower level you will find a second master with ensuite bathroom. Down the hall you will find a kids bunk room with 4 twin beds. There is another full bathroom with shower and bathtub. At the end of the hallway there is the fourth bedroom with queen bed and beautiful views of the water. In addition the property has a 2-bedroom 1 full bath studio unit above the garage. It includes a kitchenette, fireplace, living room and dinette. This unit can be used along with the main home to sleep a total of 14 guests during your stay. If your interested in adding the upper unit during your week, please inquire with host. This home comes with access to its own large private dock that includes slips for 2 wave runners and two buoys to store your boats during the stay. Keep in mind that this home has stairs from the driveway to the main house and then down from the main house to the dock down below. We do not recommend renting if any people in your group have trouble with stairs. There is a tram installed at the property so we have installed several gates for everyones safety. The tram is not available for guest use at any time. I live in California but am not in the area to be able to assist with items in person. Inside the Lake Almanor Country Club Gates with access to 2 beaches, golf course, playground, tennis, pickle ball courts and 2 launch ramps for your watercrafts. Just down the street about 100 yards from our driveway is the entrance to Recreation Center 2 of the country club. This has a sanded beach with protected shallow swim area, picnic benches, boat ramp with dock. There is a $125 boat/watercraft launch fee that will be paid to the country club directly ahead of your stay. This fee covers unlimited in and out privileges during your stay.
