The Traveler's Home in San Diego is peaceful, cozy and centrally-located in North Park, a popular neighborhood known for having a wide variety of eclectic stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars! This charming home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, comfy living room with dedicated desk, full kitchen, and a large deck! The location in very central to the downtown, beaches, bays, and a variety of other sights and activities. Great for vacations, digital nomads and traveling nurses and professionals. The space The home features an updated kitchen with quartzite countertops, stainless steel gas stove, full fridge and dishwasher. The living room has a 52” flat screen TV with Netflix included. There's also wireless internet provided. You'll also find newer dual pane windows and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a comfortable king size bed and the other with a queen size. The bathroom comes with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, and a first aid kit. If you need to do laundry during your stay, there's a washer and dryer conveniently located in back of the house. Enjoy the large deck/patio off the back of the house! It's perfect for outdoor dining with family/friends! Guest access Guests are welcome to the entire house! Excluding the garage, the back unit, and the space below the home . Please be mindful of the noise level after 10pm. Self Check in: Key pad code will be sent a few days before guest arrival. The driveway is shared between units on the property. There is 1 spot for your use (there are 3 spots, you may choose any one, see listing photo). If you have additional cars, street parking is available. Other things to note The house is conveniently located only 3 blocks from San Diego's famous Balboa Park which has an abundance of activities from golfing to museums this park has it all including the World Famous San Diego Zoo which you could drive to in 5 minutes. The house is centrally located and conveniently situated in North Park and near Hillcrest one of San Diego's hottest neighborhoods for urban tourism. The neighborhood is beautiful. Just slow down and enjoy.
