The living room features plenty of lounge areas and a wall-mounted Smart TV so that guests can stream their favorite movies or shows. Just past the stairs leading up to the second floor is the formal dining area with seating for 6. The dining room is flooded with light thanks to the glass paneled doors leading to the outdoor patio. Outside, guests will see a wonderful dining area enclosed by lush greenery and an outdoor cooking area with a built-in counter and BBQ grill. Inside, the fully-equipped kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove for every chef in the group to cook your favorite home-cooked meal. Just past the kitchen is the first floor bathroom (i.e. half bath), washer and dryer. On the second floor guests will find the Master suite with a new King-sized bed with memory foam topper, Smart TV, ample closet space, and huge en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. In the master suite, there’s also an attached work area. The office space gets a lot of natural light via the skylight and large arched window. Guests can even close the door into the work space for any quiet meetings or calls they might need to take. The other two bedrooms on the second floor each have brand new Queen Sized beds with memory foam toppers; a good night’s sleep is all but guaranteed! There’s also a shared bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the main part of the house (note: there's a separate in-law unit with it's own private entrance downstairs). Guests are free to use the whole 3BR+ office/2.5BA space and patio during their stay! Other things to note ○ Strictly no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property or 20 feet around it, including porch, yard, and driveways. Violations of this will cause immediate termination of the stay with no refund. ○ One pet is welcome, but, please, indicate so during the booking (mark number of pets together with the number of guests), there is a pet fee to pay for additional cleaning required. ○ No overnight guests who are not part of the reservation are allowed. Please, add them to the reservation and pay an additional guest fee if needed. ○ When using Master Bathroom's jacuzzi, make sure that there is enough water in the tub covering the spouts before turning the motor on. Turning the motor before water covers the spouts can cause motor failure and you will be responsible for the damage fees. ○ Please take off shoes upon entry. ○ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Every first Monday of the month, the gardeners will enter the back patio (via the locked gate) for landscaping maintenance.
