Guest access Building and apartment access information: 1) Building: I provide a physical key that opens the garage door and the glass door that gives access to the stairs. 2) Key delivery: when you are arriving and let me know you are close, I ask a trusted person (who lives near the apartment) to deliver the key to you at the entrance. 3) Apartment: the door has an electronic lock with password access. After the key is delivered, I send the password and access instructions by message. 4) Notes: The password is valid only during the stay; do not share. Check-in is autonomous (no reception). IMPORTANT INFORMATION • We do not allow pets. • Maximum capacity: 8 people (up to 6 adults + up to 2 children up to 10 years old), according to the condominium rules. • The condominium's internal rules must be respected. In the event of a fine for non-compliance, the amount will be passed on to the guest. WHAT THE APARTMENT OFFERS • The property and items available are the same as shown in the photos and in the ad. • Basic items to keep the apartment organized (e.g. broom/squeegee/shovel and the like), when available on site. WHAT WE DON'T PROVIDE (PLEASE BRING) To avoid any inconvenience, I would like to reinforce some items that are not part of the rental: • Linen: We do not provide bed and bath linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels). • Toilet paper: we do not provide. • Kitchen and table items: we do not provide dishcloths, tablecloths, napkins and the like. • Personal items/consumables: we do not provide soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush/toothpaste and other personal hygiene items. Tip: It's worth bringing these items already separated for you to arrive and enjoy your stay more comfortably. BUILDING RULES 1. Parking lot • One (1) vehicle allowed per reservation. • Internal vacancies are rotating, on a first come first served basis, and are not guaranteed; whoever arrives first chooses the available vacancy. • If the parking lot is full, the street in front is usually quiet and there are usually public parking spaces. • When parking in the garage, please leave a sheet with your name and contact phone number on the car's dashboard to facilitate the movement of vehicles when necessary. 2. Quiet hours • From 10 pm to 9 am. We thank you for keeping the volume down during this period. 3. Maximum occupancy (condominium rule) • 6 adults + 2 children up to 10 years old. • Exceeding this limit may result in a fine and even cancellation of the reservation, so we ask for special attention to this point. 4. Check-out and basic cleaning For checkout, we only ask for a few simple precautions: • Take out all the trash. • Leave the stove and sink clean, without dishes. • Empty and turn off the refrigerator. • Do not leave food in the property. 5. Belongings • Before leaving, please check your belongings. We take no responsibility for forgotten items. 6. Damage and damage • In the event of any damage to the property or items in the apartment, the corresponding compensation will be charged. 7. Support • If you notice any problems with the property, please let us know as soon as possible so we can advise and resolve them quickly. 8.
