Relaxing escape with spa pool near Bath & Longleat

Experience an extraordinary escape at our charming converted barn, nestled within a roomy courtyard that provides a perfect haven from the daily grind. Our three units with a total of four en-suite bedrooms surrounding the top-notch pool & spa facilities. With every night reserved, indulge in a 2hr private spa pool session exclusively for your enjoyment. The space The booking includes 3 units set around a courtyard garden. So it’s fantastic for groups of friends or multi generational families who want a space to come together but also have a bit of privacy. Each bedroom is en-suite so no need to share bathrooms. Details are: Unit 1: 1 bed flat with super king bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, shower, bath, open plan living/dining room and kitchen, seating for 8 people, and is the recommended hub for group dinners. Unit 2: Two bed flat: One super king bedroom with en-suite shower room, one twin room with double & single bed, changing area, and en-suite bathroom with bath. Includes a separate living room and kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. Unit 3: Spa room: set above the pump room for the spa this room includes a double bed, with an en-suite shower room. THE SPA: The Spa is a private pool & spa area - we offer 2 hour private sessions - per each night of stay between 9am and 9pm. If you book 4 nights or more this goes up to 3 hours per night of stay. The spa is beautifully set up and includes a heated pool (circa 30 degrees C), hot tub, swedish sauna, steam room and jet shower. The pool is chlorine-free using oxygen technology, and the hot tub is also chlorine free we use bromine which has less smell and can be less irritating for sensitive skin. You will be provided with spa towels and space to store your things in the spa during your stay. All units have tea and coffee-making facilities, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs! There is free parking on site although space is limited so please let us know if bringing more than 3 cars. THE COURTYARD: The units are based round the courtyard, it includes parking for your and our cars and areas for you to sit outside. Please be aware this is not a fully private space as our house also opens onto the courtyard, but we only use as a transition space so it is mostly for your party. Guests are welcome to use the courtyard for dining and bbqs (which you bring yourself). We have even had one guest bring a pizza oven! THE ORCHARD While the orchard is not normally accessible tours of the growing area can be arranged for those interested. We practice organic regenerative growing and enjoy knowledge sharing. Please ask us if this is of interest and we will do our best to accommodate. Other things to note Information on location: We live in a lovely peaceful location surrounded by fields however the offshoot of this is apart from the pub there are no amenities like shops or convenience stores within walking distance, so bring what you need. Potential sleep disruption: The area is very quiet with little or no noise pollution. However flat 3 is above the plant room. The pump runs from 10am - 7pm during that time you will hear the sound of the pump. Between 7pm-10am there is a barely audible hum. It is also warmer than the other rooms and therefor you will need to keep windows open. We therefore do not recommend the room to light sleepers, or people with sleeping difficulties. EV: Electric car charging, we have 3 pin regular domestic plug outside which we run an extension cable to. There is a cost of £25 per full charge please let us know on arrival or before if you would like to use this and we will set this up. Access: All the apartments have stairs and we currently have no disabled access. For parents with babies, toddlers and children: We have 1 travel cot, and 1 high chair that can be left out for you on request. We also provide toddler toys and crockery. It is your responsibility however to provide infant swim nappies or equivalent, these must be worn at all times in the spa area. Information for pet owners: We welcome well behaved dogs, for shedding dogs please bring your own blankets. Please be aware we don’t have a dedicated green space they can run around in but there are lots of fields nearby. Celebrations: Finally, if you want us to arrange any surprise celebrations - add flowers, cupcakes, balloon towers, put happy birthday banners up ahead of your trip we can organise for an extra cost please ask.
