<Casa Redonda> - Biohabitate

Prepare to be surprised by the RUSTIC and MODERN architecture that brings together charm, refinement, comfort, beauty and above all, peace in the midst of nature. The "Casa Redonda" is a large hyperadobe (clay and sand) building away from the hustle and bustle, but very close to downtown Chapada. Ideal for rest, remote work and especially for those seeking to reconnect with their essence, complementing the rich contact with the exuberant beauties of our tourist attractions. The space The land is large with a gourmet space and borders a permanent preservation area that we help conserve through reforestation and other care. At certain times of the year, a mimosa waterfall forms in the back. The disposal of effluents (cesspit) is ecological (evapotranspiration basin method). Nothing contaminates the soil. The construction was done by us, thus giving more personality, exclusivity and care to the space. The wide walls (40cm) are thermal and acoustic. The round shape converges to the center, the entrance, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the gourmet area. The place is quiet, conducive to work and rest. Birdwatching can be done. The space has an electronic gate and parking for 5 vehicles, with a covered garage space for guests. (The covered space houses a family car) There is a permanent monitoring circuit (cameras) in the common areas. HOUSE RULES: - Any damaged/missing object/furniture will be charged. - No parties or events with outside guests are allowed. - No smoking inside the house. - Do not touch/remove seedlings from any plant either in the house or in the reserve. - Mandatory garbage removal. - Leave the used dishes and the sink clean. - If you use the barbecue, leave the space clean as well. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house, including the outdoor area. (700mts) System and self check-in with smart lock or a numeric keypad.
