Spacious, exposed brick room w/private bath

Come stay w/ an artist in her apartment & enjoy this spacious, quiet, stylish, sunny private room w/ private 1/2 bathroom suite. The room has a queen bed, nightstands, a desk, lamps, art books and a large closet. Shared full bathroom with a marble shower and in unit w/d. Shared open floor plan living space including a dishwasher. 10min walk to the Church Ave F&G Station or Beverly Q station. 1 block from BM3/BM4 (20mins FIDI) & B35 & B103 buses. 40-60mins to midtown Manhattan. 3rd fl walk-up. The space Host lives in the apartment and is a commercial artist. Her home is decorative, fun and relaxed. She is tied into the art world of NYC and can give plenty of recommendations to explore during your stay. This private room is located at the opposite end of the apartment as the host's bedroom and has it's own door. You'll have your privacy to come and go and be. There's a shared kitchen/living room between the two bedrooms that you and the host will share. The apartment is in the back of the building and is very quiet with great views of the quaint, quiet neighborhood. Guest access You will receive your own set of keys and have full access to the home except for the host's private bedroom area. Host will run guests through the space upon arrival for easier navigation during their stay. During your stay I live in this space. When in your room, you will have complete privacy including a private half bathroom. We will share the living room and kitchen and the primary bathroom that has the shower and washer/dryer in it. I am social and love fun conversations with guests. I am also happy to give guests their space and quiet down time. I work from home, so sometimes I'll just be in my bedroom working away. Other things to note Host has a medium sized basset hound mix dog named Squish. He is adorable, friendly and house trained. He will bark when you first arrive, but settles in quickly. He is always with the host and will not be a factor to your stay other than he shares the home and is happy for your attention. Overall a very good boy. Registration details OSE-STRREG-0000766
