Our quiet house in the heart of beautiful Port Sunlight is newly refurbished, with modern features perfectly complementing the historic exterior. Downstairs is a comfortable living room with parquet flooring, smart TV and wood burning stove. The modern kitchen perfectly complements the traditional features of the house, enabling a very comfortable stay. All the expected equipment can be found in this fully functional kitchen including family sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a 'Bean to Cup' Delonghi espresso machine. The two bedrooms are spacious and calm, each with a comfortable king size bed. In the first bedroom, original windows overlook the park known as 'The Dell'. The contemporary, spacious bathroom has a waterfall shower above the bath. At the back of the cottage is a garden area with small lawn and Indian sandstone paving. Free roadside parking is available near the house. There is also good access by public transport and the train station is a 4 minute walk away. Local amenities - local shops, take away restaurants and cafes are a short walk away. Larger shops, cinema and bowling alley are around 8 minutes away by car.
