Stylish, Spacious Remote Working Couple Townhouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space and enjoy some sweet indulgences to treat yourself with while away from your home! Been told by many guests the colors, unique and tasteful decor and space gets them in a cheery mood and spirits! :) In addition, various thoughtful inclusions make your stay comfortable, fun, memorable, and relaxing, while also staying within a reasonable budget. The space You have access to the top 2 levels of the Townhouse, and 2 designated parking spots in the front. The 1st (living) level includes a half bath, and a well-equipped and updated kitchen that includes gadgets and kitchen gear that is always appreciated by a guest that loves to cook. The fully and tastefully furnished living and dining rooms have the perfect marriage between eclectic pieces I gathered from my international travels and modern comfortable furniture items, a superb indulgent massage chair, and a 40" Samsung QLed smart TV with a great sound system! The 2nd/ top level includes two fully furnished master bedrooms across from each other. Each bedroom includes their own independent bathroom. 1st Luxurious Master Bedroom: This used to be my master bedroom which I decorated and furnished with elegance, comforts and some indulgences like a Tempur-pedic mattress, solid wood framed bed with matching furniture, hypoallergenic goosedown comforter (other options available) and a smart TV. I also recently renovated the bathroom! This bedroom, like the other one, has it's own office space which does not interfere with the sleeping space. The desk in it's own corner overlooks a beautiful yard with tall trees and green grass. 2nd Fun Bedroom: The bright and white large master bedroom includes a smart TV, a queen bed (Posturepedic Mattress, with a down mattress cover) makes for a super comfy bed, there's also a futon that can be folded-out into a comfy single bed, a large cushy leather chair that you can sink into, and a well thought out office space, including a desk, etc. And yes, plenty of storage space (in both bedrooms). Under the bed, there's an additional comfortable single bed mattress that's portable, and can easily be used for 1 more guest. Since this room faces north-east, you will enjoy the beautiful morning sunshine through those large windows (dark shades also there...for days you want to sleep-in). Note: The walkout basement is a separate 1 bedroom apartment (also listed on Airbnb.) That unit is completely independent from the house, with its own entryway, living, sleeping, cooking and eating space... and neither guests' will interact unless specifically requested by each guest. There are 2 connecting doors built to shutout any movements between the your space above and their apartment. There is a laundry room, with a completely separate entrance on the basement level. Each of you receive access to the laundry room but neither have the ability to access the laundry space at the same time. Guest access We're located in the Franklin Glen community which's known for the very safe, clean and quite neighborhood. It hosts a huge pool, tennis courts, parks, woods that include a hiking, and biking trails, that go into 5+ miles...all this, moments from the home, and accessible to you! For a small community fee, you can also access the benefits of the community pool (during swim season) and tennis courts! As described above, you get access to spaces within the top 2 levels of the house, and the laundry room on the basement level. The key to enter the house is available in the lock box. Once here, you receive a set of housekeys and your separate keys for each bedroom. ( Lockbox code is emailed to you, 24 hours before time of check-in). Other things to note As the reviews show, the well designed home provides reasonable insulation between the rooms and floors, sounds sometimes travel downwards, and so observing house rules of reasonable timelines of noise generating activities on the 1st (living) level is important.
