Large room in beautiful North Fitzroy terrace

Focussing on long term stays Come and stay in a beautiful large room in an old Victorian terrace. The house is fully renovated, has all the conveniences and is tastefully decorated. You will be sharing the house with me (a relaxed forty year old professional working in the city) and Jimmy the cat. Situated in North Fitzroy, there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by, free on street parking, and the tram is only 100m away. Come and check it out, I am sure you will love it. The space The room - fully furnished with a solid oak bedroom suite, and large built in robes. Queen size bed, goose down doona and quality bedding. Desk. Large street facing window with plantation shutters. The house - ducted central heating, air conditioning in living area, broadband wifi, streaming tv services, espresso machine, soda stream, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, nice natural light. Courtyard out the back with mature garden, outdoor lounge, bbq and table and chairs. Guest access All areas except hosts bedroom. The study (third room) is also available if required. House key in lock box out front for easy access. During your stay I work at home in the study a few days a week, then in the city a few days a week. I also out a bit socialising with friends or enjoying the outdoors, but am available to assist with your stay as required. I am happy to provide information for people new to Melbourne. Having been here for 10 years I am almost a local. Other things to note Jimmy is a short haired outdoor cat. So there is no hair in the house, and no stinky litter trays. He loves a snuggle if you are inclined, otherwise he will leave you alone.
