The backyard is fenced in with a large deck and patio furniture to take in those warm summer days, catch the beautiful North Dakota sunrise and sunset, and just enjoy the fresh air. On a clear night, you also will be able to enjoy the stars (a bonus for those coming here from the big city life). There is also a propane fire pit to set the full outdoors ambiance. A fire pit and grill are also available for responsible use. The hosts of this home also include a couple of friendly dogs who are more than happy to greet you upon your arrival. They will even greet you with smiles. Your furry hosts will not have access to your private room, but would be happy to provide you companionship if you’re missing home. Just a few steps out the back door, you can enjoy a lovely walking to get that fresh North Dakota air. There is a field with a pond near by to fulfill that out of town feel, while being in town. There is a soccer field and school located just behind the home. You’ll be within blocks of a grocery store, gym, and salon and spa. The airport is nearby making for a short trip “home” after that long flight. The city has a busing system that has a stop at the end of the street. Lyft and taxis are also available in Minot. In the summertime, walking or biking to your desired destination is certainly an option. However, the winter months get quite cold so it is recommended to use a warmer form of transportation to keep you safe from that winter air!
